About the Director.
Oliver Grabowski is a British photographer, filmmaker and visual artist based in South East London, whose cinematic practice explores intimacy, devotion, identity and the aesthetics of hope. A distinction-level Master's graduate in Photography, Grabowski developed his distinctive visual language through portraiture and fine-art photography, drawing strong influences from postmodern cinema. He co-runs Very Tender Studios, an independent creative platform through which he has produced photobooks and zines and exhibited internationally in London and Toronto. His practice also extends into film and moving image, including his work as director of the short film Tony Peng.
